  • Schedule Time for Yourself:  Just like any important appointment, block off time in your schedule for activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul. This could be anything from reading a book to taking a relaxing bath.


Simplifying your schedule isn't just about efficiency; it's about creating space for a more fulfilling life. By giving yourself the time and energy to focus on what matters most, you'll be surprised at how much more you can accomplish.
